Design
Brandwell Groups dedicated in-house design team cover all design stages from concept through to aesthetic and technical knowledge to originate a wide variety of products complete with Graphic POS. Sourcing
Brandwell Group have long-standing working relationships with carefully selected specialist manufacturers that have considerable production capacity. This supply base, which is competitive and commercial, is predominantly located in the Far East, however Brandwell Group also employ select manufacturers in Europe.
Quality control and shipping personnel in the Hong Kong office closely monitor and control all aspects of the manufacturing process from technical production to the finished product. The Brandwell Group team are pro-active in sourcing new materials and fittings, while constantly reviewing and developing the supply base.
Sales & Marketing
The offices in Dublin and London have extensive Showrooms dedicated to the various different product ranges, whilst a comprehensive sales service includes nationwide sales representatives and dedicated product range specialists. A merchandising service can be arranged on a customer or product specific basis.
Brandwell Group supply the retails sector through a number of different channels including independent/specialist shops, department stores, multiples, garden centres and the grocery sector. Brandwell Group can also offer a concession service to suitable retailers. A high level of customer service is provided through dedicated account managers, telesales personnel and after sales support. Sales can be reinforced through advertising campaigns, Point of Sale and product promotion schemes.
